1.1 Why order at Flowerfeldt®?

The products of Flowerfeldt® meet the highest quality standards. We select the best and affordable products with utmost love and attention. Our clients rely on us for 35 years now.

1.2 Would my bouquet look exactly the same as the pictures on the website?

At Flowerfeldt® we apply: 'What-you-see-is-what-you-get'. The pictures give you an accurate experience of your purchase. Please bear in mind that flowers and plants are seasonal and natural products. It can happen that a bouquet looks a bit different, but never much. 

1.3 For what period (on average) am I able enjoy my Flowerfeldt® bouquet?

At Flowerfeldt® we prefer quality to be number one. We exclusively work with premium flowers, so you can enjoy your purchase or gift for an extensive period of time. 

7 days
On average your bouquet will last 7 days after you have received it. Professional florist will not give a solid guarantee on that promise. Flowers and bouquets are products of nature. On top of that, the lifecycle of these products strongly depend on multiple factors. Such as caring for the product in general, presence of direct daylight and the type of flower et cetera.

1.5 When will my order be delivered?

We will send out your order when you have ordered before 12:00AM local time. This means that your order will be delivered within one day. Do you choose “same-day-delivery”? In that case you will get your order delivered the same day (if the product is on stock). 

2 Shipment and delivery
2.1 I want to receive my order today. Is this possible?

Of course we can arrange this, but at extra expense. We advise you to choose shipment option same-day-delivery. You can find more information about same-day-delivery here. Doesn’t this delivery service meet your requirements or demands? Then please contact our customer service department for a suitable customized solution. 

2.2 Please help! I issued the wrong delivery address. What to do?

Did you issue a wrong delivery address? In that case we advise you to get in contact with us immediately. We can change the delivery address as long as the order hasn’t left our warehouse. We are able to change the delivery address instantly. 

2.3 Do you deliver on Sundays?

Flowerfeldt® adheres to Christian values. Orders which are placed on a Sunday or a holiday will be processed the next working day. 

2.4 Does Flowerfeldt® ship to the whole of The Netherlands?
Flowerfeldt® ships through the whole country, including the Waddeneilanden (NL).
2.5 Does Flowerfeldt® ship to foreign countries?

Flowerfeldt® delivers all over the world. Unfortunately we can't ship bouquets or fresh flowers further than The Netherlands. We can't guarantee freshness of our flowers and bouquets outside The Netherlands. Quality must be number 1.

2.6 Do you standardly supply a vase with every order?

We offer you an opportunity to choose and order one or more vases to accompany your unique Flowerfeldt® bouquet. We have selected the products in our assortment in a way that there is always a vase to your taste and available for every budget.

3 Shipping tariffs
3.1 What are the costs for delivery?

This depends on the shipping option you choose.

1. Courier NL (€ 5,95)
2. Same-Day-Delivery NL (€ 9,95)

We only charge one of the above mentioned costs once per order (NL). For order shipped to foreign countries we charge different tariffs. 

3.2 Are there exception to the above mentioned shipping costs?

In general, we only charge €5,95 per order (NL). For same-day-delivery (NL), foreign shipments and rush orders we apply other tariffs. Our customer service department will be delighted to inform you about a suitable custom shipping solution.

3.3 Where can I find more information about the delivery of my order?

You can find all information about deliveries under submenu “Shipping & Return”. 

4 Customer service
4.1 What are the opening hours?

You can order your flowers and gifts 24 hours a day at www.flowerfeldt.com.

4.2 During what hours is the customer service department available?

Our employees are reachable by phone during work days between 10:00AM and 05:00PM local time. On Saturdays we are closed. You can always reach us via [email protected]

5 Return
5.1 Can I return an order?

Flowers and plants are fresh products. For that reason, we can’t accept return of them. All other products can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order.

6 Other questions
6.1 I didn’t get a confirmation and invoice via email. How do I know my order has been placed?

It’s possible that the emails have ended up in your spam box. When that isn’t the case, please contact us via telephone number +31 85 483 17 93 or send an E-mail to [email protected]

6.2 I have a complaint! Where can I report it?

Flowerfeldt® is committed to good and honest business. Where possible, we always try to exceed the expectations of our customers. We will do anything to treat your order(s) with utmost care.

In the unfortunate situation that Flowerfeldt® isn't able to assist you further, you can always submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee “Thuiswinkel”.
