Do you represent a company or institution in The Netherlands? Then it is possible to place your order on account. Thus payment takes place on a different date. You will get this payment option in the ordering form. Is this the payment method you have selected? Then please clearly state your company name and CoC-number. You will receive your invoice digitally. The invoice must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.

On Saturdays we are opened from 10:00AM – 04:00PM. We can be reached via [email protected] for questions about payments, or any other questions you may have, at any time.
Top tip: Don’t forget to keep your ordering details or invoice within reach. This quickens the process.
2. Can I use gift cards to pay for my online order?
Unfortunately, Flowerfeldt® does not accept gift cards or vouchers from third parties.
3. I have placed my order. When do I get the invoice?
The invoice will be send to you digitally the minute when you have finalized the booking of your order. Flowerfeldt® will send the invoice to the email address you have submitted.
4. Please help! I still didn’t receive my invoice per email. What to do?
It is possible that the invoice has ended up in your spam box. Please check your mailbox first. Still no invoice? Please contact us via [email protected].
5. Is the safety of my payment at Flowerfeldt® properly taken care of?
